Psychotherapy:

 If you feel stuck, think that you need to make a change in your life, or simply want to reinvent yourself, then psychotherapy is the right answer for you. We will look at your life script, ego states, relational needs and attachment styles to figure out what is limiting you in life and preventing you from living it to the fullest, in line with your genuine self. How long an individual therapy process lasts, depends on your situation and the motivation for change.
The introductory session lasts 30 minutes and is intended to map out your problems and the potential approach to solving them.
A regular therapy session lasts 50 minutes. The first five sessions are exploratory. After that we sign a therapeutic contract. It outlines respective rights and obligations. It is signed after we have both agreed that we will work together.
Usually, a minimum number of psychotherapy sessions to make a breakthrough is between 30 to 50 sessions. The reason for it is simple: it is completely normal that clients do not reveal the whole truth in the beginning. It is totally natural for them to even lie about some aspects they feel most uncomfortable with. Therefore, true therapeutic work begins around session 10. It usually takes some time to establish a trusting relationship with the therapist where you feel comfortable talking about issues that you are probably ashamed of. If you are experiencing difficulties in some of the areas listed below, then I can help you discover the root causes of your problems and seek solutions for them.

I cannot and will not promise you any miracles. I do not have a magic wand to make all your troubles disappear. What I can do, though, is to help you find the right solutions for you. If at any time we feel that working together is not bringing progress or desired results, we can always finish the therapeutic process, without any hard feelings.

Consulting

 If you are facing a specific problem that you want to resolve or learn how to cope with, if you are looking for answers, advice, guidance or resources for your concerns, then consulting sessions are the right solution for you. We will mostly focus on relieving the distress the problem is causing you. We will concentrate on developing skills and an approach that will help you gain control over your life and bring some tranquility. Consulting sessions are short-term and often include psycho-education, so that you can gain some insight into the patterns that limit you in life. ​

Coaching

In coaching sessions, we do not delve deep into your psyche and search for the root causes of your problems. Our starting position is your current situation and the desired future results. I will help you set a goal and then assist you in charting the path that leads to it. We will clarify your desired goals and identify the obstacles and problematic behavior that hinder you. Based on that we will devise an action plan. Psychotherapy focuses more on a personal transformation and growth. Coaching focuses on achieving success, be it in professional or personal life, in achieving work / life balance, or in improving communication. Compared to psychotherapy, coaching is much more focused on present and future, on your acute problems. It is more action and solution seeking oriented, but still helps you become the better version of yourself.

Workshops /webinars

These one- or two-day events, and online lectures, focus on personal development and growth, or other topical issues. I can also tailor them to your specific requests.
The number of workshop participants is not limited in principle, but the minimum number is 6. 
Topics regularly covered at the events are: narcissism, narcissistic relationships, codependent relationships, feelings of shame, increasing self-worth, family constellations.

UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM YOU WILL:
1. Have a much clearer idea of who you are and what you want in life.
2. Understand the script patterns of thinking and behaving and how they impacted your life in an unhealthy way.
3. Figure out which relational needs are the most important for you and learn how you can fulfill them in a healthy way.
4. Get rid of constant feelings of shame, guilt and worthlessness.
5. Learn how to control your shadow side and take only its positive aspects.
6. Start communicating clearly and efficiently.
7. Finally master how to set healthy boundaries and learn to say NO, instead of constantly yielding to other people’s demands.
8. Stop feeling uncomfortable in your own skin and learn how to own the room you walk into.

 
PRICE: The 4-month program costs 1000 euros. You can also decide to take individual modules – one module costs 150 euros.
 

Lectures and handbook are in English, individual work can be provided in English, Slovene, French and Italian.
The number of participants is limited to 10 at a time!
